Jenny Quine is a life coach and has been working for over 25 years with people. She is highly experienced.
Kate Reeves is an integrative therapist and personal trainer, she understands about the body and mind and the importance of excercise and nutrition.
Only twenty minutes from the Dordogne and set in magnificent countryside, this Life Coaching Seminar will give you time to walk and to reflect, so that on your return, Couzedoux will have taken root in your being and you will be able to move on with positivity and assurance in your daily life.
Louis is the youngest member of our team. Louis' lust for life, humour and big-heartedness deeply enrich the centre. Louis is fascinated by all the great mysteries of the universe, physics, cosmology and spiderman. Louis lives with a rare degenerative disease called Friedich's Ataxia for which there is currently no cure.
Louis keeps us all to keep coming from the heart and reminds of what really is and isn't important on a daily basis.
